Rebecca Althea Rather – Her husband raped a 13 year old boy and now she is retaliating against the child rape victim by lying under oath about him as part of a conspiracy with other family members.

Rebecca Althea Rather is the wife of: STEVEN SCOTT RATHER.

Recently (as of 2019) in a most obvious and pathetic attempt at silencing Jonathan Ricardo (Rebeccas Cousin) who was raped by her husband Steven Scott Rather in 1993, Rebecca Althea Rather went to great lengths and did conspire, along with her cousins, and then did submit “Blatant and provably false, erroneous and perjurious information” to the Walla Walla County Superior Courts In a separate court cause in what clearly appears to be direct retaliation against Jonathan Ricardo for coming forward and filing a police report regarding Rebecca Althea Rather’s husband raping him when he was a little child in 1993.

Statements that Rebecca Althea Rather submitted to the courts were directly found to be false, erroneous and misleading when a Sworn Detective Officer who was investigating her husbands Child Sex Case was able to produce Rebecca Althea Rather’s original statements that showed Rebecca Althea Rather did in fact fabricate details, events and other information which she did then produce to one of her cousin’s to be used in a Superior Court regarding a separate court cause.

California Department of Corrections office of Internal Affairs was contacted (Again) and informed of Rebecca Althea Rather’s conspiratorial efforts along with her false, erroneous, perjurious and contemptuous statements supplied to Superior Courts. California Internal Affairs Special Agents requested and was then provided all black and white evidence, documentation and other detailed relevant information.

Essentially, by Rebecca producing false statements to the Superior Courts, she made her position clear before the Superior Court, law enforcement, investigating detectives and others: Rebecca Althea Rather will engaged with family members and/or others and again demonstrate the same known, self destructive, documented pattern of family behaviors which includes: Saying and/or doing anything you can to keep somebody from ever telling the truth…even if it means lying under oath before any Superior Court.

That little boys name at the time of the CHILD RAPE was Hilario Polanco. Who is ironically now a sex offender himself and now known as Jonathan Ricardo. The apple didn’t fall far from the tree… and statistics due show that a large amount of people who offend against others likely were a victim of assault themselves at some point in there pasts.

At the time of the rape in 1993, STEVEN SCOTT RATHER was living at 678 S. Ventura Ave. in Farmersville, CA. at Elsie B. Delgados home. He would sometimes live between his parents home in Visalia, CA and Elsies home in Farmersville, CA.
